The Andrea Adams Trust is a UK Charity dedicated to tackling Workplace Bullying. The Trust provides a Telephone Helpline which is operational 10.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday. This is a totally confidential information and support service which is FREE (apart from the cost of a telephone call.) The Helpline number is : 01273 704 900

You can also call the National Bullyiing Helpline 0845 22 55 787. It is manned Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm  and Saturdays 10am - 2pm. To visit the National Bullying Helpline's web site: Click Here

You can also get help from the JFO Support Group Network (hosted on the Just Fight On web site) which has one primary aim - to provide targets of workplace bullying with effective help.
